Other Ways to Donate
To serve the needs of homeless individuals and families in the Santa Clarita Valley, did you know you can donate your used car, van, truck, boat with trailer, or recreational vehicle to Bridge to Home as a tax deductible donation?
We will arrange for your vehicle to be picked up by a tow service at no charge to you. Your vehicle will then be sold at an auto auction. Once sold, you will receive an IRS 1098C receipt form for your tax deduction.Simply give us the year, make and model of the vehicle. In order to arrange a convenient time to schedule your vehicle pick-up, we will send you a simple form to complete.
We will need the general condition, the vehicle identification number, and the title. We are glad to answer any questions you may have.
For Questions, contact Frank Schiro (818) 535-6634

Sack Lunch Donation, Dinner Donation
Here are some helpful instructions we give to each donor. Each sack lunch should include:
- A sandwich Chips or a snack mix.
- A dessert (i.e. Cookies, pudding, apple sauce, snack bar, fruit, etc)
- A drink (i.e. Juice, water)
- Optional: Napkin, Condiment packet, additional snack or goodie
Please label each bag with the date you are dropping off the lunches.
Please deliver the lunches between 5:45pm – 7:00pm or between 8pm-9pm. There are refrigerators available at the shelter where the lunches will be stored until served. Please do not put any dressing directly on the sandwich (Mayo, Miracle whip, etc). The sandwich may be non-refrigerated for some time before the client eats it. It also causes the bread to get soggy. Additionally, some clients have allergies to these items.
